Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Beauty Haul

  Place the original, unopened items securely in their packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
